Hey everyone :)
I know it's been years at this point, but a lot in my life has changed and I wasn't able to start writing and creating again until recently.
I was truly sad to come back and see that Tapas was shutting down, but I wanted to say that Detective Docherty and The Necromancer series will continue as ebook and paperback novels. Under the Cover of Night will eventually be published as well, but I am prioritizing Docherty and The Necromancer series.
I have finished Soul Prison and I am currently editing and formatting the new novel. The story of Cecile and her beloved undead will continue there and be published this year.
Docherty, Ares, and Alexandria are next up in a new Docherty novel once Soul Prison is published.

I'll be announcing new editions of I Fell in Love with a Necromancer and Death Made me do it soon. In the mean time, I've attached a WIP of an illustration for Death Made Me Do It.
I will miss Tapas and the wonderful creators and readers I met here. I hope to see you all somewhere else in our digital world. Take care and I wish you all the best <3
I hope you enjoy my wendigo.

Hey everyone ^_^
I know it's been a while and I am sorry for the long absence. I wanted to touch base and share a couple of updates ^_^
1) I'm currently working on the next installment of I Fell in Love with a Necromancer: Book 3, Soul Prison, and will be focusing on that for National Novel Writing month! ^_^
2) I've created a Dochertyverse Facebook Group for readers and fans who would like to discuss the novels and characters with myself and each other ^_^ Similar to my mailing list, I also share my exclusive content (short stories & excerpts from my work) and blog posts.
If you're interested, you can request to join the group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/detectivedochertybookclub
I haven't forgotten that I owe you one short story from Inksgiving last year and hope to get that to you soon :)
I'd like to wish you all Happy Holidays in the months to come! ^_^
