Ter is a thief. A good one—reckless enough to steal a power he doesn’t understand… and can’t get rid of. Bound to an ancient force known as the Keyverse, he becomes the galaxy’s most wanted—and is swiftly sentenced to death. But when his path crosses with Sheran, a devout soldier, one unexpected choice changes everything: instead of letting him die, Sheran helps him escape. Now on the run together, the two must outrun those hunting the Keyverse… and uncover why it chose Ter in the first place.
