Description
Redbone Hill County, Ohio, 2008. Liu just became the chief in charge, and also started a family with his wife Susan and firstborn son, Morgan. Some people would say that he is a success story, but Liu doesn't think that's enough. By day, he's in charge of administrating the police force of a mid-western, forgotten and corrupt town. By night, he runs his own human meat trafficking business, alongside his older brother Jeff, an unstable, mentally ill man who survived an acid accident, that does all the dirty work, and Samantha, a sex-trafficking survivor that Liu recruited to seduce and lure men to become their product. Liu thinks all of it is under his control, but no matter how much power and status you achieve, there will always be things you still won't be able to control.
