"The werewolf has possessed his entire soul. He may not be able to see or hear you at this point."

Kodan tried to reach out to touch his brother but since the "doctor" was wary and told him the werwolf had possessed Kodan, he backed away. He wanted to tell his brother, I'm ok. I can control Milon but I just don't know how to change back and have maximum control. But the only sounds that came out were whimpers. Suddenly his werewolf instincts took over and he slashed the "doctor's" throat. He growled.

"Doctor, are you ok? Kodan, what is wrong with you? I know you are possessed and have a temper but --"

Kodan cut him off with a low growl. He then proceeded to get into an attacking stance. He looked as if he were going to pounce on Caiser, his brother. Caiser tried to make a run for it but Kodan held him back. He suddenly pounced on his brother but instead of attacking, he started licking his brother's face. The rest of their family had either been killed by demonic wolves or had a natural death. They cherished each other and would never kill each other even if they were forced to.

The two of them walked out into the rest of the ruined world that had been destroyed by Pluto suddenly falling out of orbit and hitting Earth. Millions of people were killed and the remaining 30% hid out of fear that aliens would come attack them out of the large fragments that had crashed onto Earth with absolutely no warning at all. 2-5% were brave enough to go scavenging for food and supplies nearby. Most authorities were either dead or too scared to do anything. Kodan and Caiser were part that 2-5% that went around looking for people and supplies. They looked around for casualties or survivors hiding in the rubble just waiting to be found. They had come a long way from where they had started and hoped to get together as many people as they could so they could rebuild parts of the world at a time.

Although Kodan was still in wolf form, he could carry and pick up people. He could also sniff out food and people. These things were important when the Earth is in ruins. He did not know how to turn back into his human form quite yet but was figuring things out slowly. A spirit of an old wolf had taken over his soul and made him unconscious for days. During that time, the disaster struck. He woke up not knowing his home and friends had been destroyed.

Though his soul was getting weak, his will for survival was not. He wanted to help rebuild as much as he could. He wanted to convince the people to come out of hiding and help him rebuild. Though he was discouraged because he could not become human until he gained full control over Milon. His body wasn't quite ready for that yet though. Neither was his soul. He could have turned back anytime but his soul wanted to delay the process. Milon had been his comrade in his past life and was talking to him. Sometimes he felt nostalgic or déjà vu in places he had never been to. This was because he still had a few memories from his past life. He was always wondering why this happened and he finally had an answer to why. He always wanted to have an alternate purpose than to do great things, die, then get forgotten by every one around you. He finally found what he wanted. His brother was happy Kodan's dream had finally came true. He could rebuild what had been destroyed and become famous! He could really do it!
