Raven Brook, a city located in the heart of the Nation of New Haven, the most advance Nation when it comes to technology. An illustrious snowy city that is now a crumbling pile of rubble and it's population has been reduced to two people.

Personality and Hobbies: Cyfer is a Stoic Ex-General with the greatest leadership skills known throughout the world, he was given numerous genetic enhancements, strength, speed, durability, stamina, reflexes, a cybernetic enhancement that gives his access to an arsenal of weapons that is in a pocket dimension and one that allows his to bend time and space to an extent. His usual attire consists of camo pants, a black under shirt, a dark brown cloak that covers his neck and mouth, combat boots, a flak jacket and a bunch of holstered weapons.
