6/21/25 - Final author update! Adopted will go live on August 31st, Japan time ^^ The upload schedule will be once a week. If you find yourself impatient and want to read the entire story in one go, you'll have to purchase the physical copy on Amazon. 6/19/25 - I just finished screenshoting everyone's comments because, unfortunately, I have to delete all the chapters. But that's okay! You're going to get such a better story soon ^^ Also, as for updates, I can guarantee you'll have an update once a week for at least 54/60 weeks 🥳 Idk how many months that is haha I will be DELETING every chapter of Adopted on June 21, Japan time. If you want to reread the first draft of Adopted, or save comments, now's the time! My hope is to have Vol. 2 rewritten before updates for Vol. 1 complete on here, that way you have a consistent update schedule for at least a year, hopefully longer. My goal is to have the first chapter ready to go by September! Kayden decided to add an extra scene towards the end, and then Roth also had to add some more, so you guys will get A LOT of new content 😉

6/15/25 - Hello, readers! ^^ I hope everyone is doing well! Take care in the world. 2025 feels like a lifetime. Real life aside, I have great news for you! I've gone back and forth on the subject many many times, to the point where I said I would wrap up the Adopted story on here and give it a final end, but continue publishing via Amazon. 

Last year, I decided to create a second edition of both Adopted Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. I'm nearing the end of rewrites for Vol. 1. It's looking like the story will end with around 430 pages, maybe a bit more, which is A LOT compared to what I have written here and it's not even to the break with Vol. 2 yet. Since you all gave me the encouragement I needed to bring Adopted to life in print, and it also being my debut solo novel, it didn't feel right ending the story where it's at. I've decided to share the official second edition of Adopted Vol. 1 and 2 to Tapas! 

The chapters will be broken up into shorter sections, and chapter titles rewriten, but you'll get the final manuscript for free. You don't have to buy the books on Amazon to get the better verison of Adopted. If you choose to, I would love it if you supported my author career by buying a print copy ^^ but you don't have to. I'll begin updating the story on Tapas around September or October after final edits go through. I plan to keep the comments from the original chapters because I love reading them. But it might not be possible. If I can't save everyone's comments and have to start from the beginning, that's fine. 

The second edition is much better than the original draft on here. I can't wait until you get to read it! Thank you so much for being patient with me. Being a writer has its ups and downs, and I was conflicted for a long time about sharing the final version to Tapas. Have a bit more patience, and you'll get to read the official book soon!
