What is Free-Culture? It's basically cultural/entertainment works that have been freed by their authors, and that allow those who experience them to partake in learning from them, deriving from them, remixing them, etc. This is done through licenses which require different things from those using the works: sometimes nothing (CC0, WTFPL), sometimes attribution (CCBY, CCBYSA, FAL) and sometimes releasing new works under the same license (CCBYSA, FAL).
