It was notorious for making people disappear in a world where they were locked up for something they had no control over.

10% of the population was a lot, after all. Especially when they were gifted with 'deformations' that allowed them to do things no human should be able to do.

So, the government created prisons and locked them up. Hiding them like the undesirables they were. It was to protect the world.

AREA 92 is an old short story I wrote several years ago. It's a side story to a series that I haven't got around to writing yet. I'm new to the Tapas community, so it's my way of experimenting with the site so I can learn more about it. Hope you enjoy!
