Year 476 A.F.W. Morio, a young Morian from Mistwick sets out to become a Demonear, someone with the ability to slaughter demons and alike. With a passion for cartography, a map of Shimori in his hand, and a trusted friend, he sets out, following his mother's footsteps.

But... the warm and welcoming town of Mistwick isn't the same as the dangerous lands filled to the brim with snow and sharpened by trees. There are great risks out there, and those who are willing to take them may reap great rewards, as well as a bitter loss.
