The world ended. All that’s left now are gangs fighting over scraps and dealing sins to those who will buy them. Delta, a down on his luck punk, is trying to find a place in his new group of delinquents and forget the violence of his past, if he can avoid the most powerful gang around- which he just betrayed. And they're out for blood.
