In 2082 Earth is a dumping ground for aliens deemed criminal by The Construct. On this prison-planet, humans and aliens forge a new and, albeit, fragile order within the ruins of humanity.

After barely escaping a Thraesh attack in Philly, Roxie and Kipp search for sanctuary in Dregg Town; one of the last remaining cities in North America. During their journey they encounter Bam- a being with unlimited potential on a quest of his own.
