Outcasted and betrayed by a country she once served, Raven has risen again from the dystopian wastelands in which she was thrown to. Backing her are up are her main group of rebels: Liam, Caeden, and Aiden. Together, they’ve started the uprising in the Outlands which has caused an alarm to go off to the Nobles of Cenobia. Xavier and his team are sent to the Outlands to destroy the uprising rebellion and remind the Outcasts what they are: nothing.
