Bertha Benz was not only the wife of famous inventor and engeneer Carl Benz but also a very skilled mechanic and pioneer herself.
She was the very first car driver in history, and this short comic deals with the struggles and adventure that came with a brave decision.

This comic was part of my comic & carricature class in uni last semester where we had to portray a historical event prior to 1960 in either a funny or dramatic way within two spreads. It is not 100% historically accurate as it had to be very condensed but I hope you enjoy nonetheless!
