Description

Arenya Azural, a dragon-blooded farmer from a small town in the middle of nowhere, always dreamed of being a great hero, battling demons and monsters as a force of magic and power. Now her dream has a chance to become reality - she's a new student at Ba'al Cedric's Academy of Adventurers, a university for warriors and heroes to learn to battle against the surprisingly amicable demon armies of the neighboring country in an endless war nobody really remembers the point of by now. She's also studying to become a BladeMage - a challenging route that few have succeeded in. Arenya has a long road ahead of her, with rival students, problems with demons, and a host of challenging courses she must pass in order to keep her scholarship. Will she make it to her dreams and beyond, or  be forced to return home, tail (literally) between her legs to a life of farming and dreaming of adventure?

BladeMage is a story I have worked on for some time now, and am excited to bring to Tapastic. It may also be found on Royal Road with all 26 chapters currently written available. Chapters will be posted here once per week until we catch catch up, and concurrently with Royal Road past that point.

As some of the chapters are older now, I will also probably discuss some writing choices in the description, my thought process, etc. I hope to update and revise some parts of the story as they are uploaded here.
