Why now?

This happens all too often. You're five minutes (or so) from your break, lunch, or the end of your shift, and you hear the unmistakable sound of your phone going off. When this happens to me, I have to take the call, and miss my break, lunch, or go home late.
I always want to say that to someone. I have to refrain, though. It doesn't do to be rude to the customers.
