Caramarijuana is a graphic novel that follows aspiring journalist Carolina Costa, in Las Cruces New Mexico, as she begins to find herself on a bit of a rough end in her career. With none of her articles or columns doing well, Cara decides to take a little liberty and begins to write her own story about a young drug lord. When the story gets out Cara finds herself in a questionable, yet somehow predictable, senario. She later teams up with Aaron Santiago, who suggests using her fame as a writer, and his talents as a… questionable member of society, to become very successful in the ever growing economy of Las Cruces.
