In 2018 New England, some believe the SamurAlchemist has been reborn. Well, Riley, a 16-year-old weeaboo, believes they're the reincarnation of the SamurAlchemist.

Riley's attending their first-ever anime convention, the Eastern Cartoon Exposition/Celebration, and can't wait to meet their "past life's" voice actor. They will experience the joys of conventions... and confront their dark sides.
