Doug had a tendency to fixate on things. Some of theses things he liked, some he didn’t. Some people, like his brother and parents, understood his quirks and were patient with him. Others, such as a group of school bullies were not.

“Rob! Check it out, the new Critical Roll game is out.” Doug pulled his younger brother to the nearby game shop, whose window was sporting the poster for the recently released RPG.

“I guess we can get it.” Rob smiled as he and Doug entered the store.
