October 2nd-Year:XXXX
Lights shine on three young men dramatically, nothing but a dark void around them and a white board behind them. Almost in a prison like fashion. The first in an almost school-like uniform with a purple pentagram on their right breast with a black cut, wrap around cape, staring from the neck. Them holding a prison like sign that reads 2242. His short curly black hair waving in the wind aside his face.
“You three are a pathetic waste of human life...you continued to dodge your biggest responsibilities and fears.” Said a calm and raspy voice, being able to cut through glass. Completely invisible to the three as well.
Next, a brunette haired boy with completely gray eyes in a tuxedo with flaps towards the end. The jacket open to a white shirt with a black butterfly pin in his hair. The sign he was holding read 5368 as his tux stormed in the wind as he slowly looked up at the light.
“As repentance, you three will lead a new life where you can realize how little value you had by standing and watching those who cared for you die as the years pass you by...Or....” The anomaly said with doubt in her head, the three being able to tell she was just “going through the motions”.
The last was wearing a complete black hoodie, having a joint in his mouth as he was jittering and looking for a lighter. Not really being able to tell any physical features from him even in the bright light that showed on his face. His sign reading 626.
“You can redeem yourselves...slay 500 demons each, and all three shall be redeemed in the eyes of the darkness...You May choose a singular wish of no limits, if you should complete this task. You three will become squad Blackwings, and become...Slayers.” They said, not really even giving them a choice.

The third boy was sitting in the dark, still in the same hood as when we last saw him, sitting in a for the most part average apartment, it being late at night. It was seemingly midnight as the T.V. was glowing against his face and hood, still not being visible. “If you think you're a dirtbag, you’ve probably been a dirt bag. Just own it! Come on Kathy, go ahead right now. Say it with me. Look at me as I look at you and say ‘I am a dirtbag’.” The dreaded stalk laugh we’ve all heard at least once plays as when it does, the hooded one laughs as if he’s about to die.
The brunette and dark haired boys entered the apartment with three bags each, all six having been filled with cans of alcohol and energy drinks. “Yo, Nem! We’re home!” Said the black haired boy with a grin on his face, speaking flamboyantly now In a black leather jacket and white shirt.
The boy known as Nem stops laughing. “I don’t care if you're home, silly. Do you have my-Boozes! Awesome!” He screams with a giggle and grabs the bag, bringing them over to a mini bar in the corner. “Oh, by the way, three demons are at the public gala tonight for a deal.”
The brunette strokes his hair and sighs. “Only three? Who’s turn is it this time?” He says with a blank voice.
“It’s mine.” The black haired boy says. “Can’t we just all go? Make it faster?” He says annoyed as Nem nearly slaps him across the face. “No way ya fuck head.” He says sternly. “I have cartoons to watch anyway.”
The brunette grabs a drink and sits down on the couch and puts his feet out. “Sorry, I’ll prepare your favorite type of bath when you get back if that’ll give you any motivation.” He says cracking the can open. As the black haired boy was already heading to the back room with an annoyed aura.
“Don’t patronize me… but if you're serious, we're out of bubble bath!” He yells while getting changed into the school-like outfit he was in before, putting a ring on his index finger of a pure purple pentagram like the mark on his uniform.
“Taken care of.” The brunette yells back, changing the channel as Nem already seemed to be trying to drink his liver into oblivion. “I got some while we were out.”
“Hmph, Good then. I’ll be back in an hour.” The black haired one says slyly, going out the door with a pose made out of pure bravado, sliding out as he spins and opens the door. He sighs when out of sight as he groggily starts to walk like a proper student.

He walks the raining streets again, the bright lights shining against his pure black outfit. Blue shining on his face as he comes to what might as well be a golden palace, the tallest building around by far. Golden light shining against the other half of his face. “Hunt starts now.” He taps his wrist as blue numbers appear on the back of his hand, counting up as he enters.
The room was crowded; the first floor alone filled with 100 people at the minimum. The black haired one looking around slowly, mingling. ‘Somewhere...There has to be something out of the ordinary around.’ He looks towards the windows as there was a horde of black cats, all staring towards the center of the crowd as he suddenly starts to push through the others. ‘And that would be unordinary...’ He looks to see a white haired man with a sapphire ring on his pinkie finger and a suitcase in his other hand.“Found you...” he whispers to himself as he approaches the man. “Hey sir, excuse me. Can I ask what’s in the briefcase?”
The man with white hair turns around to face the boy eye to eye with a smile. “Depends on who’s-...Fuck.” He grimaces as the entire room is suddenly tinted purple, all but the two with black and white hair on the floor as there was also another green haired man going up the stairs.
The boy smirks as the man turns completely red with hollow eyes and green irises. His white hair suddenly sticking up as he claws at the boy, he slyly flips back and shoots his hand with a gun he held in his uniform, forcing him to drop the briefcase as the boy rolls on the ground and grabs it. “Gah! You son of a whore!” The boy either ignored or couldn’t hear the man as he was running up the stairs. ‘Demons value the cargo, they won’t leave without it.’ He says, correct, as the two were chasing after him up to the next floor. “We can’t let him find the dealer!” He exclaims in a gruff voice as he leaps over the stairs, banister to get a head start as he suddenly starts shooting; slyly backing up to keep them off of him.
Meanwhile:
November 30th-Year:XXXX 9:15PM
Nem and the brunette were drinking, Nem laying on a pillow at the mini bar as he drank out of a sippy cup. “Obviously Nure is the hottest. Have you seen that woman in linger-“ the brunette cuts him off. “Do you think Edie is alright? He seemed a little stressed.” Nem tilted his head.
“You're joking right? He has a knife and a gun. He’ll be fine!” Nem says cheerfully, ignoring the problem coldly as he taps at the bottom of his cup to get the rest out.
‘We all have a knife and a gun.’ The brunette thinks to himself, giving a look, conveying the same information to his unlikely friend. “Look, Edie is always stressed! He just needs to do it.He came up with the rule anyway. Just have a little confidence in him. He’s handled a million situations like this before Kent.”
Kent grimaces at his friend and mumbles. “That doesn’t mean anything when you can’t count past 10.”
November 30th-Year XXXX 9:20PM
The black haired boy, Edie, was backed into a corner as the two demons were pinning him down and tackling him against the wall. The boy was gripping onto the briefcase. “Ghh!” He groans as one Knees him in the stomach, suddenly getting stabbed in the neck as they tumble to the ground, and the boy wipes blood from his mouth.
“Damn you! You’re gonna pay for that boy!” The man with white hair says going to punch him in the face as Edie swiftly spins around him, almost like a tap dancer as he kicks him in the back and shoots him in the head. “Okay...Two down.” He mumbles as he uses the dead demons belt to tie the suitcase around his hip. “Now where would the last one be...” A door suddenly opens as he readies his pistol. Slowly walking to it. “It’s too obvious...but devil's advocate I guess...and besides, I need to check it out anyway.” He mumbles as he slowly peaks into the room as he’s blown back by a massive explosion.
Edie tumbles back and hits his head against the wall, dropping his gun and barely holding onto his knife. Before his thoughts could re-align with each other, a demon with golden brown horns and a light red hue over his skin grabs Edie’s gun, reloading and attempting to shoot him in the head. “Die!”
Edie thinks quickly, rolling to the side and even using one of the fallen demons as a shield. Then throwing the body aside to rush at him. “You’re mine!” The demon reloads. Edie’s hands were already on the barrel of the gun as he pointed it up. The demon struggled against him as they both moved back. The demon then suddenly tries to push Edie through the window as Edie stabs into the demon's right breast. “Grahhh!”
Edie knees him in the stomach. “Hunt-“ he’s cut off by the demon collapsing on him as he’s pushed out the wide circle shaped window. “Heavy bastard!” Edie says, falling as he bangs his head against the sidewalk, the demon with Edie’s knife still in his breast as Edie lays blankly on the sidewalk. The numbers on his head showing it’s been 28 minutes. “Hunt complete..” he taps his wrist again as the world go’s back to raining with sky’s of gray, people gathering around the scene. No demons in sight of the human eye as the black haired wonder was already gone. Nothing else but a pile of blood where he fell, and a purple pentagram as a stamp. A sort of calling card on the ground.
Chapter 1-Ended. Insidious calling card.
