Okay just started reading this and I like it. Read through all of what you made so far while signed out so I'm rereading now but this is really good. Please don't stop making this cause it's a good story so far.
Talia Hardy thought it was all over the moment she was bitten. Her life, the survival she had clung to so desperately, taken like that. All because of him, if he hadn’t panicked she and her boyfriend Hale would have made it out of that school just fine...
As a shambling corpse she wandered down the streets, clinging to the ax so dear to her before her death the one Hale had given her for her birthday.
She still sees things, feels things, and wonders, even if she has no control...
Were they all like her? Trapped in this unresponsive body? Did she kill Hale for nothing? Could they have all been saved someday? Was death really what they thought it was?
Was she different from the other zombies? Or, were they all like her, deep down, still afraid, hungry, and confused. Did they still feel the way she did?
Were they still in there?
This is a short story to test the waters of Daylighter. At current the pilot chapter is finished, however, if you want to see the story continue like, subscribe, and comment letting me know how much you enjoy the story. Should it receive enough support I will definitely pick the story up once more!
