They say history repeats, but what if what is history never truly left?
Chained to a fate already pre-chosen, Alice and those dear to her are thrown into a world revengeful and remorseful curses, magic and the undead.
Saved by a man named Cyrus Baines, a broken piece of a past lost chain, who has long lived such an existence of this world. He warns them of another powerful rogue piece of the past that is seeking them, to retrieve what he needs to make himself and his undead empire much more permanent.
Cyrus claims Alice has a gift, an abnormal appearance of a rare ability unique to her role. If taught quickly, protected and prepared, she might just be able to bring down this empire before it brings down her.
