100 years ago, Humanity steeped foot on the desolate planet of Tobaru, a planet discovered in the Andromeda galaxy. The Captain of the U.S.S. Riptide described the plant and it's habitants in his speech when he came back to Planet Earth. "The planet had all the sustainable conditions to start a human colony, it had same air we had, the same land, the same everything, it was an Earth like planet and the aliens were the technologically advance humanoids". Ever since then, more aliens were being discovered, each ranging from scaly warrior like creatures to a jelly type alien. In 2167, the United Confederation was created. The goal for this government type society was to join all aliens together and to bring order to the universe. It currently stands as one of the strongest governments in the universe. The creator for this government was Samuel Adams lll , this man was responsible for the creation of the U.S.S Riptide, the very ship that traveled from the Milky Way Galaxy to the Andromeda Galaxy. The Confederacy's existence wasn't entirely a mysterious group, their motives were to join all the alien groups together and to bring order and peace to the universe.

There were a few people who had to be "Re- educated" as they state in the meetings. People who terrorized the new found organisms would have been exterminated on sight of the violent act. The Confederacy wasn't known to let people of the hook that easily, if they suspect something suspicious, they won't hesitate to kill or capture you. There's a lot more things that this government would do but these are the ones that mostly all of the population knew about, so they kept themselves away from any crimes. Some people didn't trust or believe in the Confedearcy's idealism, so they defected from the Confederacy to start their own government but most failed because of the bombing runs on their base/ HQ by the Confederacy and their bombers.

There was only one group that has survived the attacks by the United Confederacy and they were the Resistance. They weren't a large group but they were effective, they have done many missions that other groups had failed. They were quite formitable in combat but that still didn't help their cause. They're main goal was to disband the government and help the people realize that the Confederacy wasn't the good nature kind of group. So far they liberated a few planets and in turn the planets that were liberated joined them. But they can't fight head on with the Confederacy so they do small attacks on bases, taking them by storm.

If you thought that they were scary well then think about this, they control 3/4 of the universe and with the amount of soldiers and weaponry they had, they can take out all of the groups in Universe but fortunately they had no intention of doing that unless it's nessecary. But now the time has come to bring justice and order to the whole universe. Every criminal or resistor shall be brought to justice and there shall be no more people defying orders.
