The Great Atomic War of 2049 has caused the Earth to no longer be habitable. The remains of humanity have found shelter in enormous domed cities. One of these cities is called Eutopia - a technocratically governed city where the most valuable resource is the energy that allows humans to survive. Unfortunately, the reserves of energy will not last forever. To remedy this urgent problem, Eutopia's neuroscientists have invented a new way of acquiring energy - people's daydreams...
