In the world of Cosmo, all energy is powered by the power of 'The Bulbs' and humanity is protected under the might of 'The Conductors.' But suddenly, in the middle of town square, a massive Bulb short circuits and explodes, for seemingly no reason! Could this power be unstable? Has it always been?
In an instant, the Conductors hastily enlist "Yu Mi" as the very first "second rank Conductor," in order to bring hope into the hearts of civilization, while the Conductors continue their business is secret. But what will she find, when she leaves her family behind and ventures into the fires of this never ending struggle for power? What will she do when she accidentally ignite the heart of the greatest threat this world has never known?
