I wanted to do the mad scientist and bride of Frankenstein thing but I wanted to cut out the “born sexy yesterday” aspects where the creature actually retains their personhood and autonomy . They have an awareness around them, they just have to get used to their body. Like (what if the monster from Frankenstein had the memories of the brain’s former owner?” There are so many things that can come from that, like the line of questioning.

Why did you bring me back?

Am I still the same person I was before?

Am I still human even in this new body?

A short what if story where both lovers explore these questions as they heal in their own ways. I also love doing sentient robots x human stories , and I thought a Frankenstein’s monster x alien robot plot would be nice
