With only minutes to spare before the last train departs for the remote countryside village, Minerva narrowly escapes the clutches of said unwanted suitor's relentless pursuit. As she arrives in the picturesque village, she finds sanctuary among its eccentric residents, including the friendly Otterton who captures her heart.Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of nature, Minerva finds solace in embroidery, painting. Discovering the simple pleasures of slow living and the serenity of the countryside, she gradually begins to heal from the traumas of her past.
