Li Ashikaga is a 19 year-old college student. He decides, after he comes out to his father, that he move to Seoul, South Korea. Where is college is. He finds a roommate, Theo Kogane, who is in need of money (desperately) in the area. In Korea, Li and Theo learn a lot about friends, family, and each other.
