Not much is known about the Liviae. It is said that they lurk in the shadows, shaping society and watching history write itself. They might be your next door neighbour, the cute teacher at school or even the bum watching you intently on the street.

But whispers are forming of a certain group that is hunting them down. The underworld has been forcefully searching organizations, and people have been disappearing.

Melita is an outcast of the Branch of the Boar, one of the classes of the Liviae. She is also one of the last members, and holds her branch's insignia, an item that allows a user of the branch to transform into their representative animal. Some of the Branches are holding counter attacks, others sinking deeper into seclusion. With the others in her Branch all but eradicated, Melita has gone from the black sheep to the representative by default, and with her guide missing, she is free to make her own decisions. As such, she chooses to do nothing.

Getting involved was never really her style.
