Chapter 1:

A chance meeting

 In a land far in the past,in a small town village on top of a hill, a long black haired youth was running across the village delivering the daily food rations to each of the house.After he finished his task, he sat down in the local town inn.

Ther bar keeper came upto him and asked,"Gondolion, your usual?". Gondolion nodded his head to the barkeeper Tom.The old bar keeper quickly scurried back to his stall and brought him some tea.Gondolion thanked him and took a sip of his tea.

He reminisced about his life, he was an orphan who was abondoned here in this town when he was only three.He didn't remember much from before that. Tommorow was to be his twelfth birthday.He had been doing odd jobs around the town because for some reason, he was faster than the local residents.He payed his bill and as he was walking out of the inn, he bumped into a stranger. His hood fell off and revealed a face similar to his own, with long ears,red eyes and black hair. The man was also shook from seeing him. The barkeeper quickly came up and quickly apologized so that Gondolin wouln't get in trouble.The man took one last glance and went and sat in a chair.Gondolin thanked the Tom and quickly left.

He ran to his usual place after left the inn, he jumped around from tree to tree as his mind raced.Could that man know where I'm from? The villagers all looked different from him, he always wondered but it was too late now, the traveler was probably already gone. He had made it back to the village without realizing it. He ran to the inn , perhaps he was still there. He walked into the inn and that man was no longer there, he sighed and ate some bread from the inn as that was part of his pay from the job. He jumped into the pool and afterwards he went to his treehouse and took and put on some new clothes and left his old clothes to dry. he crashed on his blanket on the wooden floor and went to sleep. After an hour or so went by, he opened his eyes only to find that similar looking man pointing a sword to his neck.
