Basically, humans with animal powers are superior and eventually took advantage of normal people. Evolved people with morals(?) Then became superheroes abd started the Orion Organuzation to stop the more intelligent and phydically stronger villains.
Despite their best efforts; racism against the evolved has started. And the world needs Superheroes to keep humanity safe from itself....
