A young boy named, Hektor witnesses a group of vandals destroying a beautiful temple and attempts to stop them. However, after being brutally outnumbered and bashed, he gets revived by the gods of the temple Aphrodite and Dionysus. After the gods witnessed his great deed in protecting their shrine, they offer him to become one of their apprentices in hopes of taking their place to become a new god of the world. Although Hektor was obliged to help, he showed no interest in taking such a powerful and responsible position and refuses.
Throughout his daily high school life, the gods appear in physical form in his world to pester and try to convince him to become one of their apprentices sometimes through seduction, entertainment and any other means of force!
