Meet Gadget, my mechanic/pilot cat!
He's short, cute, and looks more kitten-like than he probably should! Not to mention his ability to talk an ear off... Or two!
Gadget here fixes vehicles called Aeronautic Vehicles, or AVs (A-v-s), in an alternate universe of mine! They're basically small, one to two person planes that operate underwater as well as in the air.
He also smuggles cargo across borders on occasion, so being able to get out of places quickly is a necessary thing for him!
Captain is a transman (ftm) who is extraordinarily good at mapping courses and general map work. He can get you anywhere you want by the stars alone if need be!
Sadly, he has rather terrible airsickness. So he either uses the water portion of the AV's, or has to ride a cycle to get around.
((When Gadget is on the move, he (motor)cycles to the nearest cleared base and radio's in to help get him out))
P.S.: Don't expect this to be a speedy comic. The storyline is rather complex, and it'll take me a while to actually be able to do it justice. But I WILL be updating this!
