Everyone knows not to worship a false god, for one shall lose their soul to the demon.
And everyone knows to fear both beings, for not fearing them will lead to foolishness, and that foolishness will cost a life.
But now, humans have a new thing to fear: a merciless plague started by a false god. And hunting down this false god has to be the only way to end the plague, so have humans decided. But what is to happen when this false god isn’t just a mindless demon spreading death wherever he goes and is something else entirely?
This mystery has been left to the hands of Sanyu, a priestess, and her companion of many secrets, Haru, two strangers who have no choice but to trust each other after finding themselves in the heart of the world of gods and false gods and something bigger than they could've ever expected...
