James was just a simple man, before he and his best friend got a job as thieves of items with magical powers. Finally he saw monsters, all of that magic that's being hidded right under the noses of the whole humanity. He wanted to be a part of it all, not just a simple man who will be once forgotten. He was willing to do anything so he could join the world of magic. Even his own life..
