Gray is a reaper. Reapers aren't supposed to interact with humans directly, not unless it's for a job... so good thing Gray doesn't follow the rules too much, otherwise this would get really boring. Gray's the reaper in charge of watching over a strange building known as the Phantasmagoria Hotel, constructed in the late 1700s and one of the oldest hotels still active in North America. With their trusty sidekick Smokey, a bunch of ghosts in a hotel with a two-century-old secret, and random other jobs alongside it, there's no way any of this can go wrong, right?
