HoneysuckleSerpent

In a world where your social standing is based on your powers, Ayako is the lowest of the low. But suddenly, when a mysterious group states they are kidnapping the higher-ups, the whole population is full of frenzied people terrified for their lives. Ayako isn't worried for her own safety, though, since she never had powers. One day, though, she is contacted, so to speak.

Could this a plan to cause something larger than the small town Ayako lives in?
