Since the death of her elder brother, Tomiko is forced by her family not to follow into her brother's footsteps; to become a professional race-car driver. For many years she's raised as a normal girl, but in secret she decides to venture around go-kart tracks. All eyes begin to shift onto her, when she sets a lap record at Kobayashi Go-Kart center. The news gets to her rich grandfather who runs her life as a substitute father figure, and trouble begins.
