Clay is a loner vagabond who is wanted in several countries for his crimes of swindling people out of their money. He is accompanied by his tiny friend Tippi, a fairy who also has to live in hiding. Together they can barely make ends meet, they can hardly afford food, clothes and just about any basic life necessities. So when all of a sudden a child is bought into their lives, just about everything changes all at once.
