Description
In order to combat severe overpopulation, the United States autocracy implements the Enhancement Project, where most citizens are gifted superhuman abilities with the ultimate purpose of eliminating each other.
When a head scientist of the project, Drake, escapes into hiding, he finds a young orphan named Holden.
For defense, Drake gives Holden a dangerous blood-based power, where he can possess and control any living creature his blood infects.
