In a post-modern world with 20% of the population having special abilities called meta powers, a young beastman named Enok must attend a hero school as it is the law for all metahumans to participate in a hero school to reduce crime. Interestingly, Enok came across a group of extraterrestrials one day and was granted powerful meta powers as a gift. He is commanded to continue his training in his hero course before his time comes.
