The faint sound of water dripping from the walls was the only other sound. The interrogator's voice was soft, but there was a hint of anger in every word.

"You think they'll find you, you're wrong," he growled. "No one can find you, no one would even think of looking for you here. Your family can't help you, so, give up and tell me what I want to know."

"I am not going to tell you anything," the captive retorted bravely. "You can do whatever you want, but I'll never speak. I'll never betray my family, my people."

The interrogator let out a cruel chuckle. "There'll be no 'my people' for you to cheat. So make yourself comfortable."

"How did you manage to get yourself into the castle?" she demanded.

"It hasn't been easy, I admit," The interrogator admitted. "It took us a couple of years, but we did it. We have some brilliant minds with us."

"You've got someone inside, haven't you?" the captive concluded. "Somebody with knowledge of the security. My guess is you don't have anybody smart enough to do that. You're really bad at this. I got more information out of you than you got out of me." the captive said mockingly.

"I can't deal with you at this moment. I'm going away for a while, J you take it from here," said the interrogator as he stood up from his chair.

"Please, can you just let me go? You seem nice" the captive pleaded. "I won't tell anyone, I swear." But the interrogator was not moved by her pleas.

"Got something even better," he sneered. 

"Chains. Perfect. Shouldn't have said a word. So he’s not nice, great," the captive muttered under her breath.

 "Let's get down to it. What do you think? It's new, and it's the right amount for torture. Now, are you going to tell us how to kill the queen?" the interrogator sneered while holding a syringe. 

The captive took a deep breath and braced herself for the pain that was about to come.

 "I will break every bone in your body until you start talking.” in pride said the interrogator.

The months went by, and the captive's mind became increasingly confused and disoriented. The kidnapper had deprived her of all forms of external stimuli, leaving her alone with her thoughts and fears.

The once-sharp mind of the captive began to falter, and she found herself struggling to differentiate reality from her vivid imagination. 

Every sound, every creak of the floorboard, seemed to take on a sinister meaning, and she was never sure if she was truly alone in the small, cramped room.

As she sat in her cell alone, memories of home flooded her mind. She thought of her family - her mother's warm embrace, her younger sister's infectious laughter, and her two mischievous brothers. Tears streamed down her freckled face as the longing to be with them grew stronger. Her light brown curly hair framed her honey-colored eyes, which were now red and swollen from crying. Even in the dim light of her cell, it was clear that her light brown skin was glowing with a soft radiance. And yet, she remained trapped in this dreary place, with no hope of ever seeing her loved ones again.

Suddenly, she heard a noise. It was a faint rustling sound coming from outside her cell. Her honey-colored eyes widened with fear, and her trembling heart began to race. She thought they would kill her. She feared for her life.

Suddenly, she saw a piece of paper slip through the narrow window slit of her cell. She quickly grabbed it and read its contents with bated breath. It was a message from someone disguised as a guard informing her that her family had been searching for her since her disappearance, and they were now making a plane for her escape. Tears of relief welled up in her eyes as she clutched the precious message closer to her chest. Finally, she would be able to see her beloved family again. All her fears and doubts slowly faded away as she waited patiently. 

For months, the captive had worked tirelessly with the disguised guard to plan her escape from the futuristic spaceship. Together they had studied the layout of the ship, identified its weaknesses, and even managed to smuggle in some equipment that they would need for their escape.

Now that the plan to escape using an escape pod is finalized, the captive and disguised Gard have been gathering more information to ensure everything runs smoothly. They have identified the location of the nearest escape pod and have carefully studied its operation manual.

To increase their chances of success, they have also managed to gather important intel on the guards' schedules and routines. This information will be crucial in selecting the best time to make a run for the escape pod.

In addition, they have tested the equipment they smuggled in and made sure that it is in good working condition. This includes a portable scanner, a hacking device, and a communication device that they will use to stay in touch with each other during the escape.

They have also decided on a specific route to take to the escape pod, carefully avoiding areas where there may be heightened security. And as a backup plan, they have come up with different contingency strategies to adapt to any obstacles or unforeseen events that may arise during the escape.

As the captive and disguised guard raced towards the escape pods, their heartbeats quickened with fear and excitement. They knew that their lives depended on this perilous escape plan and that any mistake could be fatal.

Despite all their preparations, the ship's security forces quickly realized what was happening and began shooting at them with deadly accuracy. The sound of bullets ricocheting off metal walls echoed through the corridor as the two fugitives dodged and weaved, trying to reach the pods before it was too late.

Finally, they reached the launch bay and quickly boarded separate pods. As soon as the hatches closed, the pods were automatically launched out of the ship, hurtling towards the unknown void of space.

The captive's pod was hit multiple times as she navigated through space, dodging the enemy's attacks and trying to shake them off her tail. Her heart raced as she realized that her pod was taking too much damage, and she might not make it out alive.

The pod's systems were failing, and she could feel herself losing control. Suddenly, there was a bright flash of light, and everything went black.

When she opened her eyes again, she found herself lying in the middle of a dense forest. She rubbed her head, trying to shake off the disorientation as the memories came flooding back.

She looked around, but there was no sign of the escape pod, any of her captors, or The guard. For a moment, she thought she may have dreamt the whole thing up, but the pain in her body and the bruises on her skin told her otherwise.
