the beta female, she is the mother of the boy lying in the hospital bed ask.

" well he's doing just fine, he's going to make it, but he did go into a coma as soon as the surgery was over. " the man said.

The woman pulled up a chair to her son's bedside taking his hand.

" Mrs. Grims do you know when your son will present, " the doctor asked.

" he's only 13, he should present when he's 12 to 15 he wolf born so we don't know." She answered.

With that, the doctor left to attend to someone else. As Mrs. Grims watch her son become pale she slowly fell asleep beside him.

Meanwhile outside the room doctor rushes around screaming at the nurses and others for help as the emergency room started to overflow with sick people. This symptom was different. They didn't know how to help them. Besides holding down on a bed and strapping them to it.

That was only the beginning.

Mrs. Grims is woken the next morning to many people from the army in the hallways. She moves from her spot shutting the door behind her and pushing a rolling bed in front of the door.

She watches as one of the army men shot a doctor.

She gasps and walks away down the hallway. Where a smelly dead body came smashing down on her, trying it clamps its rotting teeth into her shoulder tearing away flesh. More gunshot rang out as many more people were shot and killed. The smelly body on top of her was removed and shot.

The man looks down at her, he shook his head as two bullets hit him both killing him..

The man from the army went about their killing spree, not checking the room with the comatose boy in it. As blood splattered the walls and people cry out begging for their lives came to an end the army was leaving, when they were called to the CDC for back up.

The man left not knowing they left behind a boy about the age of 11, he was a gunshot victim, a boy in the wrong place at the wrong time...

Flashback

Two days ago. Evenings

The boy was sent to the store to get milk and eggs for his mother, Mrs. Grimes hand 50 dollars to her son.

" get eggs and milk, you can get anything for you to Isaac." Mrs. Grims said

" Okay mom," Isaac said as he ran out of the door.

Isaac decide he was going to the comic book store, his mom gave him 50 dollars but his dad gave him his allowance early. So he was going to stop by the book store first.

He gets on his bike and rides over, they live in town and once there he grabs eyes on me and then grabs a book and paid he hid the boy's love in the book and grab his bike riding to the store for eggs and milk. As he walks in a gun fired and he looks down at his chest to find his left side of his stomach was bleeding. People around called for an ambulance and the man was arrested.

Isaac remembers a man grabbing his backpack out of his hand and placing it on the gurney. He was glad he had shoved the comic book into the bag.

That was when he started to close his eyes ... want to go to sleep. A little shut-eye won't hurt anyone he thought.

Back to the present day

Isaac's mom was at home she had taken refugees with a group where the group had over 25 members. It was her house, one of her sons was there. Rick was in a different hospital not knowing what's going on too.
