Having sand fill your nostrills wasn't something Kamaria wanted to wake up to. Snorting the sand out of her nose made her uncomfortable as she could feel small grains stick inside her nose. Confused she opened her almond shaped eyes to the sight of sand walls and steel bars. Naturally having just woken up she blinked her eyes tiredly in hope the sight would dissapear.
The bright colored walls were a nice sight compared to her normal dark room. It wasn't dark because she was poor, but because cleaning wasn't the easiest thing in the world for this virgo girl.
The sound of a guard cursing in a foreign language outside of the jail caused her to snap her neck up then back on the sandy ground.
Noticing the sand walls were still there, Kamaria turned around and closed her eyes. You know what they say three times the charm or whatever. Counting to ten, she tried to calm her disoriented senses.
Kamaria abruptly sat up, doing that should have given her a painful headache but nothing came. Where was her hangover? Normally she would be happy for not dealing with any pain, but for some nothing came and that caused her to hyperventilate. The images of her dancing against her best friends ass send her off to the moon. In seconds she started crying in confusion as she was somewhere unfamiliar.
"W-where is this?" She clawed at the sand, throwing it away. Her finger nails turned brown with filth, she didn't care and continued to wail about. "P-please where is this?"
"Shut up! Thieves should not speak!" A man stood in front of the bars, wearing what she could only imagine where gaurd clothes. Baggy pants and a red top with a deep cut sword hung on his body.
"I am no thief! I do not belong here, wherever here is!! Help! help!"
Every second she could feel the despare run through her body and mind desperation. Shaking her head, when she felt shivers run down her body and dry tears run down her black skin.
Looking at her dark brown hands she realised her pants were different, instead of a sexy vampire esque pants she wore a long ragged dress. The pants she specifically choose to look like a whore.
With a ugly crying face she scanned her body, raising her arm and then her head. What was this she wore? Why is it so old looking, like a hindi sari? That's the only way the girl could describe her clothes.
"You dumb woman, this is the holy land of Agrabah." A guard said to her in disgust.
Kamaria didn't know where this sudden burst of energy came from, all she knew was this was a sick joke some bastard was playing on her. If she had her wits about she would have known the small Suriname would be unable to plan a prank of this calibre. With a teary glare she crawled towards the bars, yelling at him to stop messing with her. The gaurd glared at her, before he left he turned one last time to spit on the floor, right in front of her.
The filthy green spit made her stomach churn in disgust and desperation as she yelled incoherently in a shrill voice. A voice she never knew herself to possess came from the small black haired beauty.
"Yelling won't make them pity you." A man's low voice spoke from the jail cell next to hers. "My name is Aladin and I can confidently tell you to not worry."
"Aladin? Agrabah?" Kamaria stopped pulling at the bars, staring at the guy. She repeated the words like a broken record. Out of nowhere her tears stopped, laughing maniacally she continued to speak. "Aladin? I should just kill myself, but I am to pretty."
Kamaria kept quiet for a moment, she needed to think. She hated school to the point she dropped out. She even quiet her job because they made her think, however she did go back when her crush said he liked hardworking woman. So you could imagine how frustrated she was when she had to think about her current predicament. Think, Kamaria think!
Yesterday she was partying with friends then after her crush, Jason, drove them all home. Kamaria was the only one left in the car with him. Being extremely nervous she left the car, saying a quick goodbye. That's all she remembered, so how in Allah's name was she in a jail?
"I am not from this world or time, where I cam-." She spoke causually, rubbing her short braids.
"You speak of reincarnation ? Does that mean you are a witch? Jafar will not be impressed." Aladin interrupted her, holding on the bars seperating their cells he had a look of utter amazement in his eyes.
"Jafar?" Lowering her head she could feel her stomach acid dancing it's way up. "Kamaria, instead of thinking just go to sleep."
"Let's go." Aladdin stood in front of her, before she could get to speak he pulled her up. Pushing her on his shoulder, as Kamaria protested. "Jafar likes to be the only sorcerer in the kingdom. I don't want to scare you, but you might not live if he finds out about you."
"What? I am not a witch! I am just insane!" Kamaria smacked his back with her fist.
Aladin didn't answer he just walked out of the cell that for some reason wasn't locked. The hallway was empty,
it made no sense that a jail had no guards guardian it. Aladin could practically walk out of the prison. Everything that currently happened made her feel sick to the point she just closed her eyes.
Having seen this she heard a small voice speak. Telling her that she was in the fantasy world Aladin. The sight of the pretty orange walls made her think about how she used to be obsessed with middle eastern structure. The interest she had for Arabic and middle eastern houses gained when she was younger and impressiable were in this moment a godsend, with this knowledge she was able to understand the people and some of the culture.
Aladin slipped out of the whole building, which made sense he was a main character.
The traditional houses made her gasp in awe. Far away she could see the palace, standing tall it looked precisely like what she saw in the cartoon Aladdin.
A thought popped up, if she was in her favourite cartoon she should get to meet the man who made her younger self look at cartoon characters like men. She could feel her mouth watering with saliva, wiping at nothing she just stayed quiet.
Aladdin suddenly stopped, dropping her on the ground. He stretched his back a little, looking at her with pain in his eyes. The look told her to lose weight. Kamaria rolled her eyes, not responding to him she straightened her dress a little.
"You can stay at my place or find your own way. I am fairly certain a witch would survive on her own, however I am curious to know how you got caught." Aladdin snatched an apple from an unexpected vendor, while walking to his house.
Kamaria didn't answer, because she didn't know how and what she currently looked like. Did she have her face or was she in the body of a stranger?
Aladdin didn't ask anymore questions, seeing as she refused to talk. They quietly walked the road, sun blazing on exposed wrist. Kamaria rubbed her wrist in annoysnce. The sun's warm rays were hotter than she had expected. The last time she was under so much sun was a month ago. Currently in her country it was the rainy season, so being in this area of the world was tiresome.
Compared to her usual cheery athletic self she struggled to walk with that much clothes covering her and the bitter sun. In a short moment she reached to hold Aladdin's hand, leaning on him she walked further like that.
Arriving at a small house Aladdin helped her climb the steep stairway. He held her hands, all gentlemen like. If she liked young looking guys, she would definitely flirt with him. Inside the house she could see a small table with no chairs. On the right was a straw bed on a stone bench like bed, built inside the wall. A lot of white blankets lay on top of the bed, for some reason it looked comfortable.
The thing is she was more or less in love with Jafar and Jasmine. The bisexual energy they awokened in her was over the moon.
"What do you want to do now?" Aladdin cut the apple in pieces, he gave her a few slices with a smile.
"Thank you." She sat on the ground, taking a mouse bite of the slice. "I want to enter the palace."
Aladdin burned with curiousity, wanting to ask about her powers but he just kept it on the low.
"Luckily enough I am entering the castle to propose to the princess, you can always join me witch." He grinned, showing his bright teeth.
His eyes shone brightly, while he waited for her to speak. When she didn't he slightly frowned then from where he stood he pushed a wall, it caved in to reveal a secret compartment. In the compartment was a golden lamp, the ah so familiar lamp she seen and drawn many times.
Kamaria cringed, she now had no way to deny that this is really Agrabah. She smiled seeing Aladdin look so proud at his lamp. She was certain he would have kissed it, tongue and all if she wasn't watching.
"With this magical lamp I will enter the palace." He spoke proudly, winking at her. "I already have my first wish."
"Interesting, may I know your plan?"
"Obviously to make Jasmine fall in love with me!" Aladdin said proudly, like his plan was something well thought out.
Kamaria really had no energy, all she had on her mind was how she was dead inside. Aladdin tried his best to flamboyantly get her attention, but for some reason she just didn't react.
Even Genie who came out of the lamp tried to get her attention by singing, dancing and cracking jokes. It kind of made them feel sad for her. The two stopped, coughing awkwardly they decided to just explain the plan.
Kamaria listened with one ear, because she already knew what will happen next. She wasn't interested in this convoluting plan of theirs.
Suddenly she had a thought; Aladdin's magic lamp! How stupid of her to not think that far ahead. There is a part in the story where Jafar steals the lamp, if she sticks close to him she could steal it from him when he wasn't looking. She knew the whole story, why not take advantage while having fun.
"I am only in, if you help me get close to Jafar." Kamaria interrupted Aladdin and the Genie's loving banter.
"What! Why would you even want to get close to that evil man?!" Genie exclaimed, jaw dropping to the floor in a comical manner.
"It would be suicide, witch." Aladdin with a frown moved to settle down next to her. Seeing his beautiful face this close, Kamaria blushed with annoyance. Looking down at her knees, she sighed. Maybe she could use the fact that he thought she was a witch to her advantage.
"I can't remember anything about my powers. Being in the castle, close to Jafar might help me remember how to unlock my powers." Kamaria rambled, speaking only nonsense. She was fairly certain they could see through her pathetic lie. "Another option is you can lend me Genie and I..."
"No! Genie stays with me and that is final." He said in a soft, but mean tone. It was completely the opposite of the cartoon him.
"Then we can just go with the first very dangerous plan." Kamaria trailee her finger on the wall as she spoke.
"Hhmm, alright but you have to help me with Jasmine and make sure Jafar stays away from Genie and me." Aladdin smirked, touching his black hair with his right hand.
"Deal, this is a win win for all of us." Kamaria for the first time in the day smirked."First I want to shower all this sand off my body, please."
Genie made the interior of the room turn in a hot spring, smiling from eye to eye. The smell of hot water made her melt in desperation. Genie pushed Aladdin out, leaving her alone in the room.
A slow look around she could see a closet, probably filled with clothes for her. The room also had a nice look to it. She didn't care to wait, undressing the ragged dress to reveal her supple body.
Taking a look in the water, she finally saw her toned dark skinned body stand in front of her. She sighed in relief, not because the reflection showed her face but because she was in the body of a black girl.
Stepping in the hot spring the warm water washed all her worries away. She leaned against the rocks, tears rolling down her eyes. Kamaria wiped her face with the warm water, feeling utterly pathetic. At this time she would wake up in her room, hearing her parents talk about god knows what. Now she was alone in a ridiculous fairy tale world, thinking up plans to get home. Kamaria rubbed her skin with soap, eyes closed enjoying her bath.
She could ask Genie to wish her home, but knowing that Aladdin was selfish she would try a different way. The way to solve the problem was right there, but at thr same time so far from her reach. Snatching the lamp didn't look easy, the guy was a main character and seeing him walk out a jail cell without getting caught meant he could literally do what he wanted.
After a ten minute bath Kamaria walked out of the room, dressed in a purple dress with gold chains and gold rings. Her kinky hair was sleeked back, an orange hairpin was placed on both sides of her braids making her look like a vixen. Genie's eyes comically popped out of his skill, he praised her for being so pretty.
"It is unfortunate a beauty like this will leave us one day, my heart hurts at this thought." Genie exclaimed in an exaggerated manner, while holding her delicate hand covered in many jewelries.
"You flatter me to much, Genie." Kamaria brought genies hand to her lips and placed a respectful thank you kiss on it. "Can you explain what you mean with 'one day' to me? "
"Ah, that..with that I mean you are not from here and might leave us in the long run." Genie spoke in vague fragments sentences.
"Do you know what I am, Genie?"
"Stop, we need to go before the night hits." Aladdin conveniently interupted Genie who had taken the moment to dissapear. "Before we do this I agree with Genie. You look gorgeous..wait what's your name?"
This interaction was odd, to odd for her liking. Genie was djinn, an all power being, so there was no doubt in her mind that he has answers and loose lips. The djinn was desperate for freedom and friends, that means she can use that to her advantage when she tries to overtake the lamp.
"I am named Kamaria, that's all I know and remember."
"Kamaria? I must admit the name suits your beauty."
"All this flattery makes me blush, thank you."
The warm smile she gave him caused the both of them to also smile. Two men dressed in rich traditional clothing stood proudly in the blazing afternoon sun in front of an entourage of servants, animals and fanfare. They were ready to start their scam.
