a short story set in an au for the characters of eerie crests-
taking place on a rogue planet after the sun glimmered out, what survives of humanity has chosen to go into cryosleep, living inside their dreams- Malek, a young scientist who envisions creating a better world, falls in love with Dallas, a boy who wants to wake up to a better world, to life, as they never knew.
