Chapter 5: I Chaded

This fancomic is an AU from JRR Tolkien's The Silmarillion. All the characters are by Tolkien, unless I make up a few for plot purposes (which will be noted).
In The Silmarillion, the Elven lord Maedhros and his brothers attacked the home of Elured and Elurin, and the twins were left to die in the woods by his brother's cruel servants. Maedhros searched for the twins, but this was in vain; the twins' ultimate fate is left untold. In this comic, Maedhros does manage to save the twins, and he raises them as his own. Two years since the twins were rescued, they live with Maedhros and his remaining brothers, Maglor and Amras, within their fortress at Amon Ereb.

The titles are both in Sindarin, one of Tolkien's Elvish languages. The top title is this installment's title, "I Chaded," meaning "The Sundering." The bottom title is the series' title, reading "In Elin Gelebrin," meaning "The Silver Stars." The words are written in Tengwar Sindarin, Beleriand Mode.
