After his father's death, Shen Zhihao succeeded him as the leader of the Yinhai sect. A prestigious position that should have brought him admiration, and perhaps envy, from his peers. Due to his beauty and demeanor, everything indicated that Shen Zhihao should become a role model for the rest of the disciples, an unmatched hero who would ensure the well-being of all under his roof.

However, few expected that Shen Zhihao, besides being the whimsical son of his predecessor, was a two-legged rat (not literally) who didn't hesitate to impose his will (literally) on all those he considered inferior. A true tyrant.

A dictator who did not anticipate that, eventually, the day would come when his exiled older brother would return from the dead to snatch away what rightfully belonged to him. And, finding himself with no clear way to defeat him, Shen Zhihao would have no choice but to venture into the unknown, traveling to another universe in search of the chosen one who could secure his stay on the throne of Yinhai.

He did not anticipate, however, that once he arrived in this other world, the promised ally would have been dead for thirteen years. And that, in his place, there would only be an individual named Zhao Xian. A descendant of the man who was supposed to help him, and whose combat skills could be rated between zero and none.

As if that weren't enough, the portal through which Shen Zhihao arrived on this mission of seeking assistance closed, and with no way to communicate with his clan, how could he return?
