Lilith is separated from her body and is left alone, unsure where she should go.
Locke is separated from his ghost and he too finds himself alone.
When Lilith sees him, is she decides she’s going to stay by his side until they are both reunited with their respective selves. After all, when you no longer age, you have all the time in the world.
