A Runist will awaken with a 3-day period where they will simply "know" as they look at things. It's meant to keep them alive.
For Shara, something went wrong. She wakes up in a strange pod, and has only a few fleeting moments before she's left to her own devices. There might be something in the junk to get her on her way though...

The art and writing improve dramatically as I got used to my tablet and program. If you want to see where this goes, but there's something visual bugging you, give it a bit before you decide to leave since it changes around page 15.

Runist (Ru - Nist, noun) (Alt., Runechild, Runeborn). A type of creature created by Saint Origin, whose physicality is formed around a Rune emblazoned upon their soul. Magical by nature, their talents are dictated by their Rune.
In a strange place between all worlds, Shara woke up with nothing and used a story to fill in the blanks. She's taken on the role of the heroic Knight, having saved and fallen in love with the "Princess" Laizel, and having found the "Noble Beast" Neith. Together, the three of them encountered a strange candy-shop in the middle of nowhere and got a little help from the eccentric owner.
Now, with past danger behind them and a world of possibility in front of them, our heroes are going to have to face the greatest struggle a Runist can... figuring out who they want to be. That, and figuring out who the hell was trapping Runists in sleep pods.
