Enter Aleah, a mundane born into a family of extensive wealth and success (known quite well for their terrible history with magic-users,) and her vexatious childhood friend Dmitri. While they made merry in their first years of school, as they find themselves entering the prestigious Woodcreek Academy, their friendship takes a turn for the worse. After a series of events that lands the now-popular Aleah in the office, along with a sassy magic-user, her ex-childhood friend, and a girl with a certain distaste for following the rules, you can imagine just how crazy her sophomore year becomes. Not only is she in for the ride of her life, but something sinister seems to be lurking behind the scenes....
