This story takes place on the 23rd of June, 2003, In Halifax Nova Scotia (Canada)
Luca has always lived my the ocean for as long as he can remember. But he was never under ANY circumstances allowed to touch or go near the water.
Since Luca was young, he was always different from everyone else at school always left out and bullied, but he never knew why. When he suddenly meets a new transfer student named Elliott, they become friends quickly. But theres something the transfer student doesn't know... And Luca doesn't know either. They slowly uncover the truth about the water and Luca's parents. Will they work past it, or will it be the end for the friendship?
